Episode 1.5: What’s in the name?

Tokiwa Sougo seems like an ordinary high school student, but he has huge dreams of becoming a king, but when a pair of mysterious time travelers reveal that he will become the ruler of time, the evil Oma Zi-O, Sougo vows to become the greatest and most beloved king of all time! In a world where Kamen Riders have fought throughout the Heisei era, their great powers are now passed on to the next generations. Rejoice and celebrate the birth of a new king!

At last, it’s time to kick off the latest Rider BD box! We’re back to a single subgroup this year, featuring just the Over-Time subs, which should help make releases go a bit faster in general (although this episode has a little April Fools surprise track I noticed pop up the other day).

 

Per the winning votes on a Twitter poll over the weekend, the first 16 episodes will have the supplemental .5 episodes included with each main episode. These are NOT BD encodes as these episodes have not gotten a BD release yet, and at this time, it’s unclear if they will. Thanks to Gustavaum, who provided me with the original TTFC rips, I’ve included 1080p and 720p versions of these episodes. They definitely aren’t as good as a BD encode would be, and as such, I have removed the “BD Box” label from the file titles for these. If and when Toei releases these episodes on BD, I’ll issue a batch of them from BD encodes.

 

Lastly, if you run into any trouble with the subtitles flashing or being timed incorrectly, you may want to install and use THIS version of xy-VSFilter for sub rendering. I have tested this version on multiple machines in multiple players and had no issues. Enjoy!

Volume Fourteen: Devouring Douji

Asumu is suffering from appendicitis and is rushed into surgery, as his high school life comes to a halt until he heals. Hitomi runs into her cousin while Asumu meets a man who gives him some advice as he leaves the hospital, as Hibiki and Ibuki team up to track down and destroy the berserk Douji.

That’s gonna do it for Hibiki Box 1! Box 2 releases in just a few days, so we’ll probably pick back up with more episodes in mid-March after we make a dent in Kyoryuger and the next LuPat box.

Volume Thirteen: Chaotic Affairs

Hibiki goes to Asumu to ask him for a favor but Asumu doesn’t seem to be feeling well, and is rushed to the hospital when he collapses during class! In the mountains, after being given a power boost, an Ubume Douji goes berserk, killing the Ubume and the Hime, and proceeds to hunt down other Makamou, interfering in a battle Danki was engaging in before moving on to attack Ibuki!

Volume Twelve: Secrets Revealed

After going through a false wall in Tachibana’s Sweet Shop, Asumu stumbles upon the Oni R&D room where Midori shines some light on Hibiki’s past. Meanwhile, Hibiki believes he’s discovered the secret to defeating the Armored Douji and Hime and begins to time their transformation, but he has to hurry as a Nurikabe is making its way towards the village below the mountain!

A new school year has started and Asumu enters high school but still has mixed feelings on the path of life he has taken. Through all the aimless wandering he finds himself back at Tachibana’s Sweet Shop, but Hibiki has traveled out to the countryside after a call about people strangely disappearing where he faces off with new armored versions of the Douji and Hime.

Spring break has started and Asumu has already gotten off on the wrong foot, having missed going to the movies with his friend. He spends the rest of the day wandering around town and eventually encountering shoplifters. Meanwhile, Hibiki looks to see if his training paid off by taking down an Ooari while Ibuki and Akira track down a Makamou that seems to be a little more than they had suspected.

Kamen Rider Build The Movie – Be The One

Just as Sento comes to terms with the death of his father and Evolto’s return, the newly appointed governors of Seito, Hokuto, and Touto now support each other in their mission to reunify Japan, but secretly, they are members of Evolto’s race, the Blood Tribe. Each of them has waited since Pandora’s Box was returned to Earth while assuming government positions in order to take over the entire world!

      

Being certain that Kamen Rider Build is a major threat to their plans, they proceed with their Build Annihilation Plan to manipulate Sento’s friends and other civilians against him. With Banjou now against him, Sento must find a way to fight and survive as he hunts for the truth to stop the Blood Tribe in succeeding with their ultimate plan!   

       

Quick note for this one, with GenmCorp having added a new version of their script that removes the colors and effects for assorted subs, I’ve included that here, labeled as Basic, opposed to the original Styled version as seen in the series subs. Enjoy!

Are you ready? Because at long last, the batch for Build is here! Big thanks to CRT for help with making some corrections to the subs that we’d missed during the individual releases.

 

This batch contains Episodes 1-49 in 1080p or 720p, and there are quite a few v2s included. The vast majority of the v2s are for minor corrections to the Over-Time track, but a couple are for the GenmCorp track as well. Like Den-O, due to the large number of patches, there will be a patch pack included here rather than in each episode post. Changes include:

  • Episode 1-5, 7, 11-12, 16, 18-19, 21, 23-30, 33-34, 36-37, 45, 47-49: Terminology updates for consistency or minor line corrections.
  • Episode 42: Fixed track tagging for GenmCorp track to display correct name.

Volume Eight: Howling Wind

Lost in the forest, Asumu stumbles onto Ibuki’s camp where an irritated Akira tells Asumu that he will only hinder Hibiki if he continues following him around and that it would be best for him to leave. Asumu wonders just how true her words are and asks Hibiki himself how he feels about it after he arrives at the camp. Ibuki then defeats the Ittan-momen and Akira and Asumu make amends with each other.
