Kamen Rider Heisei Generations – Dr. Pac-Man VS Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider
As a computer virus based on Pac-Man invades Japan, a group of doctors attack Genm Corp and begin a wave of terror using stolen Proto Gashats. Ghost and Ex-Aid find themselves at the center of the fight in an effort to protect those most important to them. But they aren’t alone, as Heisei Riders from the past join them to stop Dr. Pac-Man!
Time for yet another movie that was already done from the BD, but we’re gonna do anyway! Along with the usual EXCITE/RTA combo, we’ve also got a commentary track here, featuring Sunglass of Capes and Cool Scarves, SpecialForm12, and Smithdanigans. As usual, the commentary is mixed with the movie audio and the encode is extended by a minute or so to account for the commentary. Enjoy!

I also wanted to ask about the program you use to convert the video files from 720p to 1080p. If you don’t mind me asking of course. Which program do you use?

All of the 720p versions are encoded at the same time as the 1080p files. They’re just a simple resize of the 1920×1080 frame down to 1280×720 as part of the Avisynth encoding script, and then the encoding itself is done via MeGUI.
